These three-year-old oysters are refined in claires for two months, with ten for every square metre. The mixed sea and fresh water environment confers a distinct quality upon Spéciale oysters.
Spéciale Two years ago, we registered our own trade name for these oysters to distinguish them from their competitors, as well as to highlight our special know-how in the refining stage in claires.
