FLAT OYSTERS: PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
These oysters have been reintroduced from Ireland, after disappearing from the Marennes-Oléron region in the 1950s due to two virus infections.
Unlike many other flat oysters you can find on the market, ours have healthy shells, are generously plump, and do not have such a strong taste.
